Option 1 - by Rail

Berwick and Newcastle are served by direct Anglo / Scottish train services.

There is an hourly service operated by GNER starting from London Kings Cross calling at intermediate stations via, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Grantham, Doncaster, York, Newcastle.

Option 2 - by Plane

 

Newcastle International airport takes regular service flights from London Gatwick with (BAA CitiExpress), Glasgow and Edinburgh with (Loganair) Manchester and Norwich with (Eastern Airways). Also from London Luton with EasyJet who specialise in great value budget flights to Inverness airport.

The Spinney is just 2 miles south of Jedburgh on the main A68 road and is approximately 8 miles north of the Scotland  / England border.
