Just a little email to say thank you for a wonderful weekend away at your cottage. My boyfriend was amazed with the surprise and we have fallen in love with Gardenstown. We want to buy the old Harbour Master's house and do it up!!!!! It was a little bit hairy driving along past the cottage at 11.30pm on Fri when we arrived and were very relieved to find parking space at the end!!!! The cottage was immaculate and had all the little things to make life more comfortable such as tea bags and sugar, which I forgot myself!!!! Will definitely be back again and hopefully soon!!! Thanks again for a wonderful escape, will recommend it to friends and family. Hope you get lots of bookings for the summer.

We are just back from a weeks stay at the cottage and wanted to let you know what a great time we had.  We loved the cottage and the area, and spent a lot of our sunny evenings sitting up at the garden area. Our kids had a great adventure - they're 4 and 2.  We were very lucky with the weather which was unseasonably warm. The cottage really is a peaceful retreat - even with 2 wee ones!! Thanks again.

Just a quick email to say that mum and I had a great time at the cottage.  By the end of the week we weren't ready to go home, we could of happily stayed another week. Everyone we met were very friendly, especially Donna and her parents (my dog fell in love with their 3 dogs!) During the week, Prince Charles dropped by!  Not kidding he was standing speaking to a local at the bottom of the close - I was going to invite him up for a cup of tea but I thought Camilla might get a bit jealous. Have already recommended it to all at work and hopefully mum and I will be back up next year.

Dear Owner's, Thank you for preparing a bed and for making the house feel welcoming. I have enjoyed spending nights by your fire reading my book with my mum and dad. We have all had a brilliant time , even our dog. We have had lovely meals at the dining table and warm nights in our beds. we have had days out in the village and Banff and Macduff only to return to the nice and comforting Alexander Cottage. I look forward to returning sometime.

Gardenstown is great  place for relaxing. Perhaps the best thing was to
go down only some steps in the evening and look at the sea. We were lucky to see dolphins one day and had at lot of nice tours.
