Perched on the water’s edge, this beautiful detached Victorian property with magnificent views is located in a peaceful, tranquil setting on the shores of the stunning Kyles of Bute.
This magnificent holiday home is located in the picturesque costal village of Colintraive, where you can catch the world’s shortest ferry crossing to the magical Isle of Bute. The area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, and the property benefits from its own private mooring, ideal for guests wishing to bring their own boat. Walkers of all abilities, mountain bikers, hikers and fishermen are spoilt for choice with the area’s spectacular scenery, including nearby mountain ranges, lochs, rivers and forests to explore, or you can just relax and enjoy this glorious Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
On entering this stunning property, you will find yourself in the tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished lounge with traditional wood burner, SkyTV, DVD and a fantastic view. Moving through into the stylish dining room, you can enjoy a meal in style. Going into the large social kitchen/diner you will be met with a fantastic view across to the Isle of Bute. You will find the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Exploring further, you will find a beautifully furnished snug with sofa bed. There is also a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find four spacious and comfy bedrooms. There’s a super-king-size bed (which can be made into a twin on request), a king-size room, one twin room (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) and a bunk bedroom, all of which offer fantastic views. You will also find a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC, as well as a further shower room with WC.
Heading outside, you can relax in the enclosed garden with seating area. There is also a private beach and private mooring for you to use if necessary. Fishing is offered on the Kyles of Bute.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
