The Jacobite’s Rest
Doune,
Callander
Stirling and Trossachs

Walk in the footsteps of Scottish royalty and cinematic history at this magnificent 700-year-old castle. Nestled within acres of private parkland on the edge of the Trossachs, this grand historic property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

Having recently served as the exclusive retreat for the cast and crew of Outlander during filming at neighboring Doune Castle, this impressive medieval stronghold combines centuries of heritage—exposed beams, monumental stone fireplaces, and rich wood paneling—with luxurious self-catering comfort.
