There is also a very handy shop and the village is home to the shortest ferry crossing in the world which takes you to the magical Isle of Bute. The immediate area is also renowned for its fantastic outdoor pursuits including sailing, sea and loch fishing, golfing and amazing biking and walking routes. Making this an amazing base for an active holiday, or to relax and unwind in this beautiful unspoilt idyllic area.
