Lovingly updated cottage with fabulous sea views, offering a great retreat for up to four guests. The Isle of Whithorn area is rich in history with a vast amount of outdoor pursuits for you to enjoy.

Located in the pretty coastal village of The Isle of Whithorn, a great retreat to escape day to day life. Explore this beautiful undiscovered part of Scotland, with fantastic walks from your front door and the Machars peninsula with pre-historic bronze and iron age sites. The beaches in the area are unspoilt, sea fishing trips can be arranged or enjoy rock pooling or a lovely walk where you will often be the only ones on the beach. Fancy a tipple, enjoy a visit to the Gin or Whisky distilleries in the area. For book lovers why not visit the annual Wigtown Book Festival which takes place around the end of September each year.

Entering the property, you will find the bright open-plan kitchen and lounge, this is a great social space to catch up with family or friends, the well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and under counter fridge/freezer. The comfortable lounge has a wall mounted Smart TV with comfy seating to kick back and relax after a day out exploring with a fantastic ocean view. There is also a dining area which opens onto the enclosed patio, a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. From the lounge, through the hallway you will find a small twin bedroom and the double bedroom, and a lovely contemporary bathroom which features a large rainfall shower and WC.

There is a small enclosed patio area with seating, charcoal BBQ and sea views, this is partially covered so can be enjoyed even out of season and catches the sun throughout the day. There is private parking for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
