The cities of Dundee, with V&A Museum, and Perth are within easy touring distance with their excellent range of attractions, leisure and shopping facilities. The immediate area offers excellent walking, biking and hiking routes and fishermen can enjoy the nearby River Tay, famous for some of the finest trout and salmon fishing in the UK. Golfers are also spoilt for choice with Carnoustie, St Andrews and Gleneagles a short drive away. Visit amazing nearby attractions including Camperdown Wildlife Centre, Glamis Castle and Scone Palace.
Entering this luxurious apartment on the ground floor (above a lower apartment), into the wonderful stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The comfortable dining area is the perfect place to enjoy romantic meals together, enjoying lovely views over the scenic Sidlaw Hills. From the lounge you are then met with the luxurious super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) bedroom with Juliet balcony, Smart TV and a fantastic Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, with freestanding bath, twin sinks, separate walk-in style shower, with rainfall shower and WC. The bathroom is also accessed from the kitchen.
Heading outside you will find the private wood-fired hot tub to relax in with lovely woodland views. Enjoy al fresco dining with seating area and BBQ or just enjoy the wonderful rolling Perthshire countryside views, perhaps with a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. You can also walk around the farm and say hello to the chickens, or take advantage of the doggy day car service on-site. There is private off-road parking available for two cars directly in front of the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
